Water Conservation

We’re a recognized leader in water conservation, with an industry-leading water usage ratio of 1.38 liters per liter - a benchmark we set in 2023. At Pepsi North, we see water as a shared resource, and our innovations deliver results: we conserved over 3 million liters through rainwater harvesting in August 2025, while Reverse Osmosis saved over 310 million liters in just one year.

Energy Efficiency

Energy efficiency is our commitment to a sustainable future. Pepsi North leads the way with a 5.36 megawatt solar project, making us the largest solar power user in PepsiCo Pakistan, and second-largest in all of AMESA. Our adoption of 100% green coolers since 2023 strengthens this impact by reducing energy consumption and carbon footprint.

Sustainable Agriculture

At Pepsi North, agriculture drives sustainability. With Bonsucro certification, we promote responsible farming; improving sugar yield and climate resilience. We've supported over 3,000 smallholders across 20,443 acres, with 195 Bonsucro-certified growers. Through training on climate vulnerability, irrigation management, and best practices, we empower our farmers to adapt and thrive.

Plastic Optimization

We are building a circular economy for plastics; recycling 80% of our waste and converting 100% of green SKUs into rPET, making every green bottle fully recyclable. Our Reduce & Reuse initiatives have already eliminated 1,900 tons of plastic, reflecting our commitment to a sustainable future.
